Squad death match challenge four and five not registering

While playing squad death match when it says you have a double kill triple kill it will also say whether you wiped out a complete squad or not multiple times it says I have done that but yet have not received any progression towards my challenge on four and five at this point, I should have four and five unlocked I’ve been playing squad Deathmatch only for a for a week now not playing any other game mode because I want to get this challenge done really ruining my experience on battlefield because I have yet to other game modes and actually enjoy them because I keep coming back to squad Deathmatch to get this stupid challenge done for the icebreaker skin and another character skin called scorched at this point. I feel like I should have them unlocked. I also feel as if EA should just give it to me at this point because of the countless hours wasted playing a game mode that I do not like in the first place when I should have this unlocked already
