Stutters, hiccups , framedrops i found the cause!! Edit***

So that's why my CPU is 100% loaded in this terrible game...I don't have stators as such, but when I enter the scope and move the mouse, I sometimes see jerks, no, these are not problems with the mouse, but with this %$&#^@ game!
