Stutters, hiccups , framedrops i found the cause!! Edit***

So after hours of testing today, I found the cause of stutters, frame drops, etc.   It's the Javelin anti-cheat, which overloads one or two CPU cores when you press WASD, 1, 2, or 3, the enter butt...

To add to what I wrote earlier, I decided to edit my config file, targeting my CPU cores, which brought down my CPU usage from 100% to around 70%. However that made no difference. I still have the same problem as you described, unfortunately.

    That's because it's a kernel bug; we can't fix that.

      Yep. Just adding more data points for others and possibly devs to see.
