That workaround no longer works for me.
Holding / taping ALT did work for a few days, and I even recorded proof of it working before, but after recent updates the stuttering happens even while ALT is held. It feels like they “fixed the fix”.
Just to confirm:

Also worth noting: this isn’t a real solution anyway. In modes like Battle Royale we use far more keys, so relying on holding ALT (or pre-pressing keys) isn’t viable long term.
At this point it really looks like an input / anti-cheat interaction rather than a user-side issue.
It is an anti-cheat bug, you are correct. I didn't say it's a solution, but for now, it's a fix.
Tap the right alt key that one is most of the time not bound to anything.
