Thank you for debugging. It is funny that no one suggested you upgrade your CPU yet, seems to be a common occurrence on this forum.

Most of the people facing issues have fairly recent hardware, we keep iterating that this stuttering happened after a recent update, yet they keep blaming it on HW.
