Just close MSI Afterburner AND RivaTuner Statistics, it will fix the stutters.
Thats the only thing that works for now until they solve the issue.

It doesn't work, it's just luck)
Restart the game now, press, for example, H,J,K,L,B,N,M,V buttons on the right, and then test the main buttons on the left W,A,D,C,R,Q and so on by quickly pressing them and moving the mouse.
You will see stuttering again on buttons that were pressed after the first eight...

P.S. Perhaps your method removes other stutters, but not those described in the topic
