This supposed workaround doesn't work for me on BFV, it just changes randomly with every restart. Sometimes almost all keys work fine, other times I can't strafe left or walk back without stutters.
Closing RTSS as suggested in another comment doesn't solve the issue either, it just makes the stutters less pronounced, but they're still noticeable.

Update: the workaround works now, but not exactly as described.
For example I got into the habit of pressing W, A, S, D, Shift, Space, Ctrl, 1, 2, 3 when I launch BF1 and BFV (once I'm in the main menu), this reliably "fixes" all keys mentioned except 2 and 3, but I always forget to press my crouch key in the initial sequence and yet that never stutters.
Yes, that's why I wrote that you have to do a workaround every time you launch BF, unfortunately.
And I haven't played BF5 in a while, so I don't remember what it was like =(
Its so annoying, needs fixing asap
