The cause of mouse stuttering when pressing keys has been 100% found

I'm being affected by this as well, I'm a bit concerned that from what I've read so far on other forums, it seems this is affecting only win10 users, and that instead of fixing this they might be just gearing up to officially end support for win10 when they're back from their winter vacations. A lot of other developers have started doing this, I believe Monster Hunter was the first major franchise I heard of dropping support for win10.
