i recorded this clip of it happening with a frametime graph up to show that it's actually an input problem, not a true stutter. i'm spamming 2 and 3 in this clip because those are consistently the ones that end up being broken if i do the workaround.

Yes, the problem is only with the keys, but it is easier to notice visually by moving the mouse when you press it.
