So after doing a clean install of Win11 on a new NVME and only installing EA App and BF6, I can confirm the key press while moving the mouse bug is gone.
There are still other stuttering issues or skipped frames, especially when in a complex battle with lots of smoke. Interestingly my FPS never drop below 120. This seems like a game engine issue.
It does appear that are at least a few reasons for stuttering or skipped frames and the key press while moving the mouse is just one of those issues.
There is obviously a software conflict that the winter update and javelin update introduced and at the end of the day it should be on EA to fix it.
The more conspiratorial part of me thinks that EA and MS have a deal to break WIn10 now that its not officially supported anymore, unless paid for, as a way to force Win11 upgrades.
I am not sure if I want to deal with another wipe and build but I may to test out if putting a clean Win10 on with only EA App and BF6 removes the the mouse plus key press stutter.
I think if I decide to upgrade my 5800x to a 7800x3d and will have to do a clean install again, I may do the WIn10 on my current system.
It's a bug in the game. There is no way that other games would not have this but then saying a fix is to wipe a pc and install a new OS.

I think we can both agree its a bug, but how and what it effects is still up for grabs.
I currently have my windows 10 build and it has the key press stutter issue.
As as test I decided to get another NVME and put a clean build of Win11 and only EA and BF6 plus drivers for my mouse and KB. I have no key press stutter on this build. Interestingly, I have more overall stutter through out the game with Win11 than I do with Win10.
I agree having to wipe you OS and start from scratch to fix this is not reasonable.
