I am gaming through the EA app not Steam.
So on my Win10 build the key press stutter is still there and evident. I press Q,W,A,S,D,Shift,C and Space Bar as my 8 keys and that takes care of like 90% of my key presses. It makes the game extremely playable. The stutter is extremely noticeable, however, when I change weapons using 1,2,3,4 or during a reload.
I have a second NVME with a clean install of Win11 and only the EA app and BF6 along with drivers and software for my mouse, KB and headset.
There is no stutter at all from key presses on the Win11 build. However the whole game itself is kind of choppy or stuttery. I know, this makes no sense but that's the way its been playing. I have both set up the exact same way.
I actually prefer to play it on my Win10 build with the 8 keys bypass than I do on Win11 with the overall choppiness of the gameplay.
I am not sure what is different with Win11 that's causing the over choppiness but I'm not sure I want to spend any more time hunting the issue down. I've already spend the better of 3 days booting back and forth and checking between the two OS's.
The same thing happened to me; I formatted and installed Windows 11, and there's no stuttering.
There is stuttering when using RTSS, but at least if I don't use the program (just by closing it), everything is fine and there's no stuttering.
