UI issues

I used to have an issue where I would check the scoreboard and it would not be able to close, stopping me from respawning or moving or doing anything. It seems like that was patched except that now it is happening with the text chat box. Sometimes when I press enter to check chat and close it, it freezes on my screen preventing me from doing anything. 50% of the time I shoot someone with a shotgun, hipfire,  point blank, the shots dont register. Ill be sure to record this for future reference. Most of the games I have played recently have me rubberbanding around corners, dying behind cover through walls. I want to enjoy the game but there are too many issues that obviously work in my favor or the enemies favor depending on the match. Too many kills I should not have gotten and vice versa. Not to mention the only game to cause a blue screen on my system. I play Rdr2, cyberpunk2077, Crimson Desert, Gta5 enhanced, all at max. This is not an issue with my system but something with closing your game. When I close the application it crashes my whole pc, sometimes I throw a grenade it crashes my pc.
