Unable to hold breath using DMR

Tried with SVK but this happens also on other DMRs and on all the platforms (XBOX and PC). I noticed the problem AFTER the patch. If it is not a bug the hint to hold breath should be removed but it could be good to know if it is a bug just to edit the loadout using other attachments. Please let us know!
