Weapon Attachments Not Working Correctly

Here are four test scenarios shown in order:
1.  Lightweight Barrel + Firing immediately after starting to move
2.  Lightweight Barrel + Firing while moving
3.  Standard Barrel + Firing immediately after starting to move
4.  Standard Barrel + Firing while moving

It seems the Lightweight Barrel is not functioning as intended.

I believe this issue may also apply to many other attachments. Please see the link below for video evidence.

    I am also having the same problem. My grand son and I. Set all settings the same way. Then built an M4A1 the same.  On his Xbox he was shooting lasers. When I shoot it’s like no attachments where on the gun. Same as it was a base gun. Attachments not changing anything.  So we did multiple guns in multiple classes. His an attachments always changed. The way the gun shoots. Mine didn’t. It was like I was shooting a base gun.  Anyone that can help with this problem?
