Not Receiving Pre-Order Coach Point Bonus

I am missing the dynasty pre order bonus. I start with the standard coach points instead of the extra 100. I have restarted my game, went in and finished the CUT orientation, and have started multiple dynasties all to no avail. I have the deluxe edition.

Have them turned on.

And it does not show up at all.

I've gone and upgraded my recruiter, but it won't show the 110 after I press the button. Is there any way to fix this, or am I screwed?

Not seeing much on the coach points not being delivered. A couple of things are worth checking.

First, make sure you're signed into the correct EA Account that owns the preorder entitlement.
From there, fully close the game (not Quick Resume), relaunch it, make sure you're connected to the EA servers, and enter Ultimate Team once before returning to the main menu.
After that, start a brand-new Dynasty with preorder bonuses enabled and confirm you're creating the Dynasty while online.

One thing to keep in mind is that the official wording says in the Dynasty & Team Builder Deep Dive that the Coach Point bonus is awarded when starting a Dynasty. If your current Dynasty was created before the entitlement synced to your account, the bonus may not be applied retroactively to that existing save.

Just have to cover all bases. 

I've done all those steps. Restarted fresh dynasties, using the same account associated with EA, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game on steam. Not getting those points but I do keep getting the "Visionary" unlock.

how come we only get the dynasty mode points for our first dynasty playthrough and not the ones that follow it?

This is also happening to me! I deleted it thinking I could only get 100 dynasty coach points at a time so now I don't have any at all. Kind of insane

This is happening to me too. I saw in another thread that the 100 points seem to be locked to the first time you use them. I used them on a coach then deleted the file thinking it would let me start new but nope. I just don't have them anymore.
