Logged into F1 today got messaged my account has been suspended. I go look at EA penalty history, I have nothing, I have no idea what is happening or why I can't play the game now. Can anyone please help me

That’s the thing I have nothing on my account showing I am suspended or banned. Only when I log on to F1. No email about it nothing

Are you positive you're logging into the right account? Do you possibly have multiple accounts with us?

In that case, an advisor will need to look into this for you so they can find the account that has the ban on it. You can use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page to open a case and chat with an advisor.

I did that got nothing , Got told i had to wait for the appeal. Still have no idea what I am appealing for

If you submitted a dispute, you'll have to wait for ToS to email you with the results. That can take several days.
