I was not even able to submit a ticket to EA Help, the submit button seems to be deactivated, this is quite strange, hah, this is an obvious bug, and they don't even have personnel to connect with.
that is so true. After all these frustration i can't even report a issue to EA because the submit bottom is dead. I don't even know what i should do next.
