APXGP Team Pack drivers (Sony Hayes & Joshua Pearce) should be available on Driver Career and My Team modes if you purchased the Iconic Edition or Iconic Edition upgrade by July 11th.
If you didn't own the Iconic Edition by that time, I am afraid you won't get the APXGP drivers.
Also, if you purchased the pack before the time, but you didn't get the content, we would recommend that you contact EA Help: Official Support.
