APXGP Pack missing

Hi everyone,

I purchased the F1 25 Iconic Edition via Steam on July 11, 2025, which was within the eligibility period to receive the APXGP Pack, including access to the F1 movie characters (Sonny Hayes, Joshua Pearce) and the APXGP team.

However, the APXGP Pack is not showing up in my Steam DLC list, and neither the movie drivers nor the APXGP team are available in-game. I've checked across all game modes (Career, My Team, Grand Prix, etc.), but they are nowhere to be found.

I've also made sure the game is fully updated and that all the DLC available are installed properly—but no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any known fixes or steps I might be missing?

    If you bought the F1 Movie DLC then i would try to request a refund for it as the content included in that DLC is part of the iconic edition

    I'm experiencing the same issue and today I reached out to EA help. They said it's a known issue and that they are on their way to fix it. I also did buy the Iconic edition as well as the F1 Movie DLC. They have told me to wait on updates (there will be news on X or the EA website when the issue is fixed). Hope I didn't spend the money for nothing, I really wanted to play the MyTeam career mode with APX GP.

    I purchased on July 9 and have the same issue. EA Support said the team are aware, but it has not appeared on the investigating issues page

    Im having the same issue, i upgraded to the iconic edition after purchasing the standard, in hopes to be able to use the apxgp with sonny hayes but he is not available. I was not aware of any expiration date although i did purchase it on the 11th around 8:00pm pst.
