Idid some testing between the controller and the wheel with my friend, and we noticed excessive tyre wear when using the controller, especially on the front tyres. The wear is way higher, even up to 20% more per stint.
Simply put, the movement of the controller is not as smooth as it was in F1 24,: Because in F1 25 the pad moves jerkily, which causes more wear on the tires even when driving slower, so the tyres overheat even when driving cleanly during the race. There’s no chance to win because wheel users can drive without issues.
So I’m asking you to fix this as soon as possible. All the pad players are complaining about it.
I’m attaching two pictures comparing tyre wear between the pad and the wheel, same number of laps, same tyres, same setup. The McLaren was driven with the controller and the Ferrari with the wheel.
If needed, I also have videos of all the laps, but I can’t send them here because the files are too large.
