Well since it's a laptop it was a bit tricky to trace back the Graphics card since it just listed as "Intel Graphics" but based on the processor being an Ultra 7 255HX I believe it is using an Xe 4 Core which would be below the minimum specs for the game so there isn't much help I can provide in this situation.
Please read the full DxDiag. I am running the game on a NVIDIA 5060, and I can't identify the core you're referencing on the tech specs of my processor. if you do have a technical document showing why the processor is incompatible, please provide it.

The minimum specifications for the game are met. I'm able to run games with higher performance demand than F1 25 without issue.
My apologies, usually any dedicated GPU's are listed ahead of the integrated one so when the Intel graphics were listed first I assumed there wasn't a dGPU.
It seems like you've already read a lot of other threads and tried out some of the troubleshooting steps in them, but I didn't see you mention anything about Secure Boot or TPM 2.0, are these enabled in your BIOS?
