F1 25 on steam keeps crashing and everytime I verify my files after starting it once, it always mentions that it failed to verify 3 files. It starts off by loading the anti cheat and showing the splash but after a brief period it crashes.
I've tried everything, from reinstalling the anti cheat service, reinstalling the game, disabling all services besides the anti cheat and steam, reinstalling the game itself, and reinstalling windows. None of them have worked and they all show the same result. I can't even post an error code from the game itself because it just doesn't get to that point.
Please let me know if anyone has found a consistent fix for this.
One last thing to try if you haven’t already is to run the game as an administrator.
Unfortunately, I've tried that one too. From running the anti cheat installer and the anti cheat launcher as admin as well as the game itself. Appreciate the idea though :(

Ok wow this fixed it. Go here: Settings > Windows Update > Update History > Scroll down to bottom > Uninstall Updates > Uninstall the latest updates. I uninstalled KB5064401, KB5064081, and one more I forgot the name but essentially the most recent updates within the past 2 weeks. Let it uninstall them all and then restart and it should work for you.

Try deleting the Nvidia app.

Ok wow this fixed it. Go here: Settings > Windows Update > Update History > Scroll down to bottom > Uninstall Updates > Uninstall the latest updates. I uninstalled KB5064401, KB5064081, and one more I forgot the name but essentially the most recent updates within the past 2 weeks. Let it uninstall them all and then restart and it should work for you.

So glad I found this! I followed this instruction and uninstalled the following windows updates that got installed last saturday: Now finally everything works again! Both F1-24, F1-25 and WRC!
Windows updates: KB5064401 & KB5064081
Hope this can help you further EA_Groguet for a more solid fix together with Microsoft.

I am once again coming to another Splash screen instant crash thread looking for help. I have tried to get help from so many people on this issue. I haven’t been able to play the game since launch. I have tried every fix suggested in every thread. None of them work. I just want some help.
I don’t have those windows updates, there’s supposed to be folders I have at game launch that aren’t being created. I just need someone to tell me what I need to do so I can play F125
Were you able to enter the game? Or did someone find a solution?
