F1 25 Crashing (ANTI-CHEAT)

Hey all,

I’ve been stuck with this crash that began today and I’m out of ideas. Hoping someone else has hit the same issue:

  • Error log (Event Viewer, Windows 11):
    • Source: Application
    • EAAntiCheatService
    • The game f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005
  • What I’ve already tried:
    • Verified game files (Steam)
    • Reinstalled EA AntiCheat
    • Clean GPU driver install with DDU (just last week)
    • Disabled all overlays (Steam, Discord, NVIDIA, MSI Afterburner, Rivatuner, etc.)
    • Closed RGB/control apps (Corsair iCUE, Armoury Crate, etc.)
    • Cleared EA App cache
    • Disabled Windows Core Isolation (Memory Integrity)
    • Reinstalled latest Visual C++ runtimes (x86 + x64, 2015–2022)
    • Tried without XMP/EXPO
  • System:
    • Windows 11 Pro 23H2
    • RX 7800XT, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz
    • Steam version of the game

Issue:
Every time I launch F1 25, the game dies instantly with EA AntiCheat logging 0xC0000005. No other errors show in Event Viewer except the AntiCheat entry.

At this point I’m thinking it’s either a deeper EA AntiCheat conflict, or something specific to my system config. Has anyone else run into this exact crash recently? Any hidden fixes I’ve missed?

    I also have issues like this my event viewer says this:

    EAAntiCheatService
    The game f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xFFFFFFFF

    My problem is the game can run for like 20-30 minutes perfectly but it crashes out of nothing. Only this error message is available for me from event viewer. I deleted some windows updates but it didn't solve it.

    I updated and downgraded my gpu drivers but it did nothing, I'm on a RTX 3090.

    Its very frustrating cause basically you cannot play this game, and for me its only this game thats why I think the ea anti cheat is the problem for me too.

    EA_Groguet​ it's been 9 days since an update and more threads online keep spawning because of people not being able to play due to issues with Javelin basically on all types of systems, cases just get sent to FAQs and no dump file gets looked at, is there anything you can tell us?

    No they probably won’t tell us anything. The last thread like this that started when the game was released was moved to investigating sat like that for a month with no update. Then out of the blue gets a comment that says uh despite numerous reports and us not doing any real digging or trying to help everyone we’re gonna go ahead and say it’s not a bug, and shut down the thread.

    Having this problem I think. Game crashes while launching. Seems to be conflicting with Streamlabs OBS for me personally. Doesn't crash if streamlabs is closed. Only started happening a couple days ago.

    Can you please fix this stupid **bleep** issue, i cant even play the game and you say its fixed?????
