F1 World car slower at tech level 1000

I have every thing maxed out to 1000 tech

I can no longer keep up with any one I'm at least 4 seconds behind per lap in invitationals my lap times I used to get I now cant I'm on pc and this is getting very frustrating as all my friends on here are doing amazing but I'm always last driving my heart out i.e. Silverstone lap time 125.562 now I cant get below 130.000 I can get a great start first sometimes but gradually lose my position and end up last I know I'm no esports driver but I would rate my self as a good driver I'm also using esports setups.

 when playing time trial or career I do amazing some times beating esports times but when playing invitationals its hopeless not even close and watching your friends doing well, while good for them its bad for me as I get less invites cause I'm always behind.

Is there a fix for this ??????

    I can now confirm as I have resorted to doing it if you dismantle your vehicle parts back to 100 it will make your car much faster.i was very reluctant to do it DO NOT dismantle your team.

     

    I also tested it by putting 900 parts back on which resulted in the car been slow again so untill this problem is fixed I won't be upgrading car parts.it is now fun to drive again as I can keep up with others hope this helps all that are struggling.

    still no answer from ea I'm so fed up with this game I've emailed them direct and they don't even have the decency to respond I still cant put my car on 1000 for invitationals I'm at 550 just to be able to compete and now the ai are terrible smacking you of the track  driving on the grass to over take if I could get my money back I would but I know I have no chance

    IF ONLY over 3 months 1,094.3 hrs played and still not fixed beyond a joke now 

    Great Britain reverse 1000 TECH 1.30.105  // 550 TECH 1.26.489 Makes no sense.....

    for all others that this is happening to I've put a way to get quicker at the top of this post hope this helps
