I had the same issue and it got sorted out as soon as i updated my BIOS.

If you use NVIDIA, i recomend you install version 576.52. This is the most stable version for the game.

For some reason the NVIDIA update didn't do anything, I updated the BIOS a few weeks ago and it didn't work. Did it again recently and seems to have fixed it so thats a bit odd...thanks anyways though!
