Thank you very much for your reports. This issue should have been fixed with the last patch, but we are receiving some reports that, unfortunately, it still occurs.

Thank you! It's aggravating wanting to advance a season and this bug makes me not want too. I've stopped playing until it's fixed altogether. We identify drivers by their #'s, so we need that fix ASAP.
EA_Groguet I won the championship with Oscar Piastri in my second season of MyTeam and he still uses #81 instead of #1. #1 was taken away from Max and he uses #33.
Well that's disappointing AI don't use #1 anymore, hopefully they can fix that with this.
