Logitech g923 resets to default Force Feedback

When im starting a race there is never a problem, i always play on the settings that i selected (see picture) and the FFB is fine. After any event (on track animation, track reset and other non FFB screens), the FFB resets to the default logitech g923 FFB strength. After finishing the race and starting a new one, it is back to the selected settings. Especially the curbs/rumblestrip effects are very annoying, since they make a lot of noise. Is there a fix, a workaround, or a setting that prevents the settings from resetting?
