My Team Car is way too bad when Maxed Out / AI Cars are too overpowered

As you can see in the graphic below, a maxed out MyTeam car is far behind a maxed out AI car, espacially the Chassis. A maxed out MyTeam car is even third lowest on the grid. It is very annoying that you can‘t progress to become the fastest car on the grid, and even after 5-6 seasons you will still be on the back half of the grid as every team is on maxed upgrades. Please fix the maximum player cars performance.
