I agree, I got a time penalty for corner cutting when I was rear ended by another player. I had nowhere to go and I even slowed down before re-joining. I got a collision warning and time penalty. In another race I was deliberately brake checked on a high speed straight by another player, my wing was completely broken and my race ruined, whilst they suffered no damage or penalty.
