Ranking System Wrong Promotion

I was racing in ranked online and had a 150point lead to go into the Elite division with only 5 hours to go before the season ended and I would be promoted. Well when I log in I’m still only Gold II, but how in the hell is that correct?  I had a 150point lead of the next guy in Gold III  plus another 10 people lobby were below me before even Gold II. I just can’t believe that’s correct something had to have happened and broke the system. If you’re really going to take this seriously my username is Crdizzl14. Thanks
