Our team is having trouble reproducing this issue. Could you please upload a save file?
- Enter "Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Saved Data(PS5) > Console Storage".
- Set focus on save data which you want to upload as investigation data.
- Press options button and select "Upload saved data for investigation".
- Select "Upload".
- Read "Saved Data Usage Agreement" and check "I Agree" then "Upload"
