Same issue with my account. Advisor said that i have an another account that is banned, but i do not have another ea account...
Advisor could not help in this matter...
Story for it:
I had an ea pro subsriptoin until november 2025, after that i buyed the game. The issues began at that moment... :(
I can not play it and i can not refund the game, because the play time is accumulated with the playtime on ea pro subscription.
Issue is not solved....
