Community ManagerI'm sorry to say, we cannot help with this over the forums. The best I can advise is to submit a dispute. However, if ToS cannot find any bans on the account, they won't be able to help so please make sure you're submitting the dispute on the account that received the ban.
Same here, I only have one account. They have verified the account. Still an issue here as well. I'll try to go around the EA help loop a few more times.
