The updated Aston Martin and Mercedes liveries were not included in the sports update. Please refer to your OFFICIAL reddit post and compare it to what is actually in the game right now:

EA_Groguet The awaiting patch section mentions updates to the Red Bull and McLaren, but not the Aston Martin & Merc. Presumably this was just an oversight by whomever updated the thread, but it does seem to be causing some confusion.
