The EA splash screen appearing and just going back to the EA app.

What was the solution?

I haven't found a solution yet, I thought it  could have been a case of my game was the standard edition as the game cover in my library is the standard edition, even though I pre ordered the iconic loyalty edition. I tried to launch the game again as the game is now out for full release, however still experiencing the same issue. 🤨

The game didn’t unlock until 4pm gmt in the uk so I assume the basic version will be the same today. 

I have received a refund as I cannot play the game. I have a 5 hour game trial, tried to launch the game and the same issue occurs. 🤦‍♀️

I really hope EA sort this issue out as I'm having to go back to F124!

I had this issue for days - turned out to be the anti virus preventing loading of the game.

I finally got my game to launch, I have antivirus installed however my PC also had Norton 360. With both of these being installed the files were clashing which was preventing the game from launching. I uninstalled Norton 360 and the game launched for me fine and I was able to play the trial. 😊

I had Norton 360 and Avast installed. I removed and uninstalled Norton 360 and the game worked. With both being installed the files where crashing, this is what helped me solve the issue I was experiencing.

Hello I stumpled across this forum having the same exact problem, but with BF1 instead. I have tried reinstalling the EA-anticheat, and nothing changed, even unistalled Avast but nothing. 

Please help EA-Support is not existent.
