The strange changes in the recognition system in the game

Since the F125 was released on PC, I have found the recognition system in career mode is so strange. Even though I defeated Yuki Tsunoda with a score of 6:0 in the teammate rivalry, and won first place and the fastest lap in all the races, and won the WDC and team championship trophies. No matter how well I perform in career, my recognition in the team did not increase much, and sometimes suddenly lost 1% of my recognition in the "years with team" option. Shouldn't this option increase based on the amount of time I've been with the team? No matter how well I performed, no matter how many times I beat my opponents and teammates, my recognition was decreasing in a strange way. This situation means that I can never use some advanced options in R&D. Now I can only increase my recognition by signing a one-season contract with a team and refusing secret meetings with other teams in the process. If I sign a long-term contract, recognition won't even increase. This is the result of my test through three different career archives.

    Bump. Recognition needs rework. I've beaten my teammate every race and still 40%
    + academy bonus doesn't transfer from f2 career

    Genuinely hate the system it makes no sense. Beaten my teammate every season and got WDC every time and only after 3 seasons i finally get to 50% recognition. By the time that's through I'm stuck not matter how much I win, therefore I can't make any more upgrades to the car and every car is basically locked in the performance rating. Then there's no more progression and the results are all the same for what seems like forever. They either need a serious rework or just have to get rid of the system completely and think of something different. I mainly do the driver career and if this doesn't change then there's no real point of playing the game.

    There is no logic and sense behind being number 1 in the team all the season and all the team miraculously still fave always losing teammate of yours. this is stupid, this anniys a lot, your pole positions and wins is what ANY and EVERY team principal wants and dreams of as long as the tech crew is happy about precisely the same thing. this is real life and if you dare to create a game that tries to be realistic (fire the idiot responsible for recognition system)  you simply cannot ignore common sense. i just won my first WDC title bringing home all the victories the team had yet they (OMFG) prefer 53% to my teammeate whose results were around 5th place all the time. Ridiculous BS this system is.

    I believe the system needs a redo as well.

    They need to remove all these bonuses for years spent with the team etc and base the system on something extremely simple and easy to understand. For example, base it on points percentage.

    Or at least remove upgrades from being locked behind this system because it just ruins R&D progression. 

    This system ruined my career mode on F1 24 for an entire season and it’s going to mean I run out of upgrades for my car half way into my current season on F1 25 even though I’ve beat my teammate every race and qualifying session so far.

    yeah they need to rethink this, as it's not the most optimal way to do this

    i play co-op career with a friend of mine and we always play multi year careers - we do always start for one of the bottom 4 teams, and getting your recognition up to have some benefits really kills the incentive to ever go to one of the bigger teams, as your recognition would end up being pretty low, and you would not be able to do much R&D at all

    in my mind they need to redo this design as its flawed and has been for years

    Yeah the recognition system completely sucks, I’ve beaten by team mate in every race, every qualifying session and I’ve lost 2% to them 10 races into a season…. how is that possible? I was at 60% before resigning at the end of S1 and it dropped to 55 and now it’s at 53%. The whole system is flawed, they need to give us an option to disabled this stupid feature.
