Unable to sign with any teams

I just finished my third 10 race season and am now 90 rated. I won the last two drivers championships and now every team is locked and I am unable to sign or progress past the team selection screen. ...

    HeyEA_cuervo​ i have just had a similar issue, I had negotiated with Mercedes successfully, won the world championship but I could only sign for Alpine or APXGP.. happy to share my save file
