I have the same issue with my quest 3. My config has been able to handle every other games I tried but F1 is the only one with this jitter. I already had the problem with previous f1 games, I tried with virtual desktop, wired connexion, wireless, but the issue is always there.
I don't know if it only happen with meta quest headsets but it seems to be a very common issue as there is a lot of posts about this issue
my specs are 32gb of ram, AMD rx6800xt, i5-12400F, the game is installed on a ssd drive and my headset is a quest 3
