Not absolutely, but quite sure this bug is new since v1.03.
Force feedback is smooth and normal while playing this game. Also Framerate is smooth and stable at 60 Hz.
Everytime after I Alt+Tab to another application, the ffb gets very rough/low samping rate/bumpy.
Especially at lower speeds.
Also the wheel animation gets very stuttery. Only runs at about 20 Hz while the game itself keeps running at 60 Hz.
Only way to resolve this issue is restarting the whole game.
This is repeatably everytime on my PC. In Time Trail and Grand Prix. But only in F1 25, not in F1 23.
I did try your troubleshoot instructions as using different USB port, connecting less USB devices, newest drivers etc.
