I'm having the exact same issue. In my case, it is happening in my second season (advancing from january 9 to 10). I've tried many different solutions (clearing my ps5 cache, rebuilding my database, changing settings inside the game and on my ps5, uninstalling other games to free up some space, cussing at the game) but nothing worked.
I'll try uploading my save somewhere, excluding it from my ps5, and then importing it back to see if it does anything.
