I have the same issue. The game crashes in career mode, and it doesn't matter if I use simulation or the calendar. This has happened with three different careers. Two were in the second season, and the third crashed after about ten minutes when I started a new career. I've cleaned the saves and re-installed the game, but the problem continues to occur.
