Same here, it always happens two days before the game happens, and then kicks me from the game, and there's nothing I can do to prevent it from happening. I've loaded 3 different saves in one day, and the same thing has happened. On one save, it happened about a year into it, and the others a couple of weeks later. There is nothing in particular that causes them; it just buffers out and then kicks me from the game, very frustrating after all the time spent to start these, which makes playing manager mode almost impossible.
