To better get to the bottom of this, can you give us any more specific information on when the crashes occur? Does it only happen with a new season or at a specific time? Perhaps when simulating a full season?

Mine happened end of second season. I can't go past the 17th of May without crashing. Also I think when a player gets two transfer/loan requests and you accept both it also crashes the game. Tried saving every day but no matter what I can't get past the 17th. Also should add my career mode isn't new made it late last year
