Champs Stuck On Replay After Win

This is only the 2nd time I’ve played champs this year (because all the glitches and bugs) and my first opponent just quit while I was winning 4-1. Now it’s stuck on the replay screen for 45 minutes and I am forced to shut it off and will get a loss. I’m so disgusted in the game I once loved, and do not expect EA to do anything to make this right. 
I’m legit sad and am not sure I want to keep playing.
