Just had a convo with EA support all they did was share the generic list of solutions no help at all.

I hope you did. I refunded on steam and stupidly re brought on EA in a desperate attempt to see if that mattered, it does not and didn't realise how scummy EA are only giving me 24 hrs to refund which I missed. So im stuck with it now.
At this point im in to deep to give up.
