Evolution error - Zidane 96 OVR instead of 99 OVR

I've had an email back eventually after some to and from with the guys at support 

They are investigating

I did the evo they call me yaz at the time of purchasing it with 250000 coins it took zidane to 99 overall but it hasn't its only gone to 96 what's going on EA i have better cards than this i want a refund of my coins or 99 rated zidane either way we are right not our fault compensation if your not doing what you said you was.

That is clearly not an acceptable answer. Why would we bother checking the preview when there is only one card to pic, which we were already told evolves to 99. No other argument to be made. Resolve the issue by upgrading to 99. Thank you

You guys made the error insisting that the EVO would be 99 rated. We threw away our coins/points because your error. Time to fix this. You just can’t blame us.

1. compensate the coins/points people wasted for this evo
2. or make Zizou go to 99 ovr instead 96.

EA_Vendcera​ The main point is that there is false information. Your EVO is advertised as 99 ovr EVO and it is not.

I wasted 250k coins for it. Refund people’s coins/points because false advertising and stop ingnoring us. Our cards are not going up to 99 ovr with this EVO.

unbeliavable that you did not even read the first message in this topic. Instead of it you flagged whole topic”not a bug”based on a message which did have nothing to do with the original topic/issue

.EA_Vendcera​read the first message in this topic and give us an answer how are you going to compensate the loss of coins and points you caused to players with your tastless false advertising. Stop ignoring us and the problem.
