The Daily Objectives found within FC Season, specifically for Clubs Objectives (at least as far as I've noticed so far), are not refreshing. I completed the objectives late last week and while the objective says it'll refresh at 8am GMT, it never does. It's not the end of the world by any means, though it's not working as intended so I thought I'd bring it to your attention.
Didn't refresh again this morning.
Is this happening to anyone else? I've not played today and it's still showing that I've completed the objective/it hasn't refreshed.
The daily FC Season Clubs Objectives have failed to refresh once again. As you can see, my Weekly Objectives for Clubs in FC Season refreshed yesterday and I have not played any games, yet the Daily Objective is still stating that I have played games and it is not refreshing. I appreciate that I stated this wasn't a major issue when I posted it, however, that was three days ago, with the issue going on longer than that and I am yet to receive a reply all while I could be missing out on crucial Season Points, so I'd appreciate a response ASAP.
This has still been continuing over the past couple of days, meaning the issue has been going on for over a week. I raised this discussion almost a week ago and still haven't had a response which is, quite frankly, unacceptable.
Yeah I'm having a similar issue in the weekly objectives, the 10 rush and 10 rivals, this does not refresh,do we even stand a chance to get this fixed.
This continues to be unaddressed and unresolved, for almost two weeks now.
Can someone please advise me on how I can lodge a formal complaint and escalate this? This is beyond farcical at this point. You can't run a live service and have timed objectives that only work for some users and then not have support available to address any issues in a timely manner so those affected have a chance to complete them too. You either have to ensure it works, or ensure support is on hand to address issues quickly - anything else is unfair and incompetent.
