I stayed more than 25 minutes waiting on a black screen with the first button to skip the first cinematic,frozen without a chance to play that game, i tryied join a friend on fifa to debug but it didnt worked, i joined him still but the game was frozen, i had to close the app, lost the game because of it and i cant finish the play 15 games quest because of it. I need help and a compensation please.

Just had the same problem. Startet my first game of champs, went trough kit selection and was shown a black screen with the 1/2 palyers ready sign but couldn't press anything. So i waited for half an hour because I thought maybe my opponent is able to play and I would just get a loss, for which i wouldn't have cared. Then closed the game and now only have 14 left and 0 on the objective for playing 15.
Yeah I've also had the same issue but mine did it at half time.. waited ages and nothing ao had to quit out and yeah I got a loss and lost the best reward from the objectives because of server issues I hope ea will compensate us as it clearly isn't our fault.
