Game Quality After Re-Install

The game is absolutely broken on Xbox Series S. It's not even playable. The weird thing is, if you delete the game from your console, reinstall it and start playing, the gameplay is incredible and stays this way...........up until you shut the console down. The next time you load the game up, its reverted back to how it was, unplayable.

You are aware that the game has not been performing properly for a long time, but have not once issued any sort of communication regarding this.

There are also a lot of posts on this forum complaining about the state of the game on Xbox Series S, and not a reply from EA.
