I cannot create the appeal case

Hello. What is happening when you try to create the case?

When appealed my banned account, I got this message but here you can see there is no case number attached. That means in my case list, there is no active case created.

Please send me a private message with the Xbox gamertag, PSN ID or EA ID of the account you're trying to submit a dispute for so I can look into this.

Hi my account was banned on 11/7/25 when I did not play the whole day until I tried to log on later that night I received a ban notice. I have been trying for almost 24 hours to appeal my ban however every time I click submit it says that my case was not created, there was an issue and they are working on it, try again in a few hours. I don’t know what else to do. 

I'm also having the same issue. I was banned as of today. I went to log into my account and I got the notice. I'm not sure why my account is banned. I literally only have an hour and a half of total game time.  Please assist
